The Client:

Our client sells a new premium range of health and wellbeing dietary supplements developed in partnership with leading nutritionists and scientists. They recognise the benefits of feeding the skin from within and the important role food supplements can play in enhancing skin, health, and wellbeing.

The role of Sales Support Executive:

  • Supporting the Head of Sales with all daily administration tasks including advanced presentations, reports and liaising
  • This role will also have marketing duties to support field sales and B2B
  • Processing orders and supporting customers with any queries
  • This is a busy function that deals with all customer orders, customer quotations, customer queries and customer complaints via telephone, e-mail and on-line chats. It requires an understanding that “the more we can do now” and “deliver today”, the better their customers will feel
  • Create and provide quotations to customers on the business systems
  • Administer customer orders on the business systems including web order verification. These must be done so with extra care on accuracy

The requirements of the Business Development Manager role:

  • Ideal graduate first role, for someone passionate about marketing & business
  • Experience & knowledge of the Spa and Wellness industry in the UK is a big advantage
  • Business or Sales and Marketing degree is preferred
  • All Microsoft Office PowerPoint, Excel, Word
  • Organised & excellent project planning skills & excellent time management
  • Excellent team player, energetic, self-motivated, use own initiative
  • Passionate about skincare/wellness
  • Excellent communication skills

Benefits:

  • Base Salary Circa: £27,000 – £30,000
  • 40 hrs Monday – Friday
