The role of Business Development Manager:

  • Supporting the Head of Global Sales, you will work to increase my client’s presence within the luxury spa industry by identifying and pitching new business opportunities to increase market share within Ireland
  • You will maintain productive relationships and increase sales opportunities with existing clients by providing event support and meeting regularly to inform clients of new product launches, treatments, special offers and all relevant updates
  • Identify any training and development needs for each client and communicating same to the Head of Training to create and implement action plans will also be an important aspect of this role

The requirements of the Business Development Manager role:

  • You will already have 1+ years of experience in a field-based Sales/BDM role ideally in the luxury spa industry or for a cosmetics brand
  • Experience & knowledge of  the Spa and Wellness industry in Ireland is a big advantage
  • NVQ in beauty or equivalent or Spa management background
  • Business or Sales and Marketing degree is preferred
  • All Microsoft Office PowerPoint, Excel, Word
  • Must be able to deliver good quality presentations both verbally and in writing
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Excellent team player, energetic, self-motivated
  • Passionate about skincare/wellness
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Valid driving licence

The Requirements of a Clinic Receptionist:

  • Experience of working within a Skin Clinic, Spa, Hotel, High-end Restaurant or equivalent

  • Excellent technical English oral & written
  • They will be personable with a positive demeanour and first-class customer service.

The role of the Telesales Executive: 

  • Represent a growing portfolio of Natural Beauty, Eco friendly, Vegan Products, Supplement and Superfood brands and upsell the business with potential customers

  • Growing our customer base through outbound and inbound calls

Your Personality should be process driven, with strong analytical and research skills alongside excellent communication skills and a confident demeanour.

You will be adept at using the internet and search engines and websites. You will also have a real passion for beauty/fashion/brands and hold previous recruitment/resourcing experience. Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal is a must. A sparkling personality with a real flair for working with people and strong interpersonal skills, plus the right attitude is essential to join our motivated, high energy and positive team.  Degree educated in a Beauty/Fashion related discipline such as Cosmetic Science, Cosmetic Formulation, Chemistry or NVQ Level 3 in Beauty/Hair/Fashion or equivalent would be a distinct advantage. However we recruit individuals with the “extra factor” with 6+ months minimum work experience in a targeted recruitment business.
